Incremental invoicing gathers only the time and expenses posted since the last invoice was sent, which is perfect for jobs that stay open for many months.

Detailed Gross Income Reports for every Job let you know how you really did. Gross income summaries can be run by client, or time period. This summary summarizes many jobs, showing which went over budget, which came in under, and the bottom line.

If you use QuickBooks Pro as your accounting program, Agency has an available Plugin for QuickBooks Pro that integrates the two applications. With one click, you can send back and forth clients, jobs, invoices, and more, reducing the need for double entry.
