How to Create a Gross Income, Gross Summary Report

From the Main Menu click on the Reports tab
under the Invoicing tab at the top you will see choices.

You can run the simple GI report by Client, Job or Time Period, or any combination thereof.

So, you could produce a monthly GI summary for a client by entering the client and the date range for the month.

The GI Report totals all Invoices that were produced during the specified time period, and subtracts all expenses that were posted during the same time period to generate the Gross Income.
