Working with Templates

Templates can be created in two places. First they can be added by simply clicking on the Templates button on the Main Menu, select the type of Template you would like to add (Letter, Estimate, Schedules, or Spec. Click the new button, enter the appropriate Title and Department if necessary, then simply copy and paste the text or type the intended verbage.

Also while working on a job where you have created an item you would like to keep as a Template simply click on the Save as Template buttom for the item you would like to save.

Retrieving Templates is just as easy. When you would like to insert a pre-existing Schedule, Brief Form Letter or Estimate simply click "Pick Up Estimate" (or whatever item you would like to retrieve) and select the appropriate item.
