Creating New Activities

To enter a New Activity into the system, you need to know three things:
  • The Company (Client, Prospect, Vendor) Name
  • The Name of the person you are interacting with
  • The type of Activity (phone call, email, letter, etc.)

    Go to the General tab of the company you are interacting with. Under Contacts, find the person you are having the Activity with. Lastly, click the icon next to their name that represents the type of Activity you are going to enter. Choose a phone call, letter, fax, email, face to face meeting, or to set a reminder.

    This will create a new Activity of that type and take you to a screen where you can enter the Activity.

    When finished, click the appropriate button in the sub-navigation bar at the top of the screen.
