Backing up to an External Drive.

If you have FileMaker server backing up the databases every night, you want to copy one of those nightly backups to your external drive. If you copy the live files while they are being served, they can become corrupted. When FileMaker performs one of its nightly backups, it actually pauses the server to create the backups so there is no corruption, then resumes once it completes the backup.

There are approximately 35 files in the OmniPilot Agency directory, you should backup the entire directory. View the file modified date to make sure you grab the latest backup.
