Employees Missing from Open Time Sheets for Approval.

If you run the All Open Time Sheet report and there are some employees missing from the report, those employees probably do not report to you. The All Open report only shows the time sheets of the people that report to you. This allows each department head to run this report and only see their staff's time sheets.
To see the time sheet of an employee, do the following:
In the Personnel-Notes tab, set the "Reports to:" field to your name. Now when you click run the "All Open" Time Sheets report, you will see the open time sheets from that employee as well as all employees that "report to you". |
