FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.- OmniPilot Software, Inc. launched a point release today for OmniPilot Agency, version 4.2.2, adding and updating many features requested by their customers. This release is FREE to all existing OmniPilot Agency customers. OmniPilot Agency is a profit-maximizing advertising agency and design firm management system that encompasses all agency operations, and works in tandem with their existing accounting software.

What's new in this version?

Calendar:
A calendar icon has been added next to every date field, which pops open to reveal a mini calendar. Users can now click on any date and automatically enter that date into their field.


Invoicing:
Significant new features have been added to the Incremental Billing options that will allow agencies to:

• Invoice personnel in different billing categories at different rates.
  
• Automatically create incremental Invoices based on approved time sheets.
  
• Agency's will now be able to Invoice using custom rates that are applied to an estimate instead of a pre-defined rate set.
  
• Agency's can selectively Invoice time marked as billable by personnel, or all time regardless of how its categorized.
  
• Show non-billable time on Invoices to clients with a zero dollar value.
  

Jobs:
Notifiers have been added when a proof is posted to a job, there is now more flexibility when numbering jobs, and usability enhancements have also been made.

Personnel:
Several new Personnel reports have been added including a company directory, emergency contact list, extension list, and a read-only view of Time Off (vacation and sick time).

Estimates:
Additional billing category preferences have been added along with improved searching, printing spec approvals and many more.

Updates have also been made to Time, Contacts, Prospects and throughout OmniPilot Agency.
