FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - OmniPilot Software, Inc., a Fort Lauderdale-based provider of integrated agency management software, today announced the introduction of a new generation of its flagship product, OmniPilot Agency 4.1. The newly enhanced version of this comprehensive management software designed to help advertising, design, in-house creative and PR agencies achieve maximum productivity, has new and updated features - providing ease of use and new functions - is now available to current and new customers.

* NEW: Added new "Dashboard" on the Main Menu. User-specific information for Messages,
Reminders, Projects and Tasks is available immediately upon login.
* UPDATED: Many new Preferences have been added and updated to accommodate new features
and allow deeper customization, including Accounting Integration (QuickBooks, AdAid or
other) and Creative Brief questions.
Estimating/Expenses:
* NEW: Added new Estimate format called "Line Item Estimate" which shows more information
than a summary but less than a detailed estimate.
* NEW: Added a new "Pipeline" report in the Prospects section to keep up-to-date with your hot
leads and activities.
Time Sheets:
* NEW: Added ability to specify the first day of the week.
Online Conference Room:
* NEW: Online Conference Room preferences can now be set from within the preference section.
* UPDATED: Completely re-wrote the Online Conference Room to be much faster and more
organized.
