Release Notes 4.9 Feb 9, 2009
- NEW: “Import Schedule” on the Jobs-Schedule Tab allows an Mac OS X iCal Calendar to be imported as a Job Schedule. This allows a schedule to be build and edited quickly in iCal, including viewing in Gannt chart format. NOTE: Requires Plugin, only compatible with Mac OS X 10.5.
- NEW: “Add to Address Book” icon allows Agency Personnel and Contacts to be sent to the Mac OS X Address book.
- NEW: Personnel can now specify which default tab to display on the Main Menu
- NEW: Added fourth Rate Set, Rate Set names can now be customized
- Updated: Printed Job Bag Cover to include Time Budget Information
- Updated: Gross Income Summary report to filter by job type.
- Updated: If the Client A/P contact is left Blank, Invoices will try to use the Contact listed on the Estimate.
- Updated: Activities Tab in Clients Section uses the Meeting Date for display and sorting instead of the Date Entered.
- Updated: Added three different Gross Income Summary reports
