Throughout:

• NEW: Added a calendar icon next to every date field, which pops open a mini calendar from which you can click on any date to auto-enter that date into your field.

Jobs:

• NEW: added new notifiers to Production Manager and Account Executive upon new Job Proof being loaded to the Online Conference Room.
• Updated: added more flexibility for starting job numbers.
• Updated: Created a "Default Job Type" preference that can be used agency wide; Estimates now require this field before becoming a Job.
• Updated: Clarified the markup display in production when adding an expense item to a Job.
• Updated: Added the Status Note to the Job Schedule printout.
• Updated: Increased the usability of adding proofs to a Job to appear in the Online Conference Room.
• Updated: Added more Job Sorting options when viewing the Jobs Tab in the Clients section.

Invoicing:

• NEW: Incremental Billing Options allow your agency to:
• Invoice personnel in different billing categories at different rates.
• Automatically create incremental invoices based on approved time sheets.
• Invoice using custom rates that are applied to an estimate instead of a pre-defined rate set.
• invoice only time marked as billable by personnel, or all time regardless of how its categorized.
• Show non-billable time on Invoices to clients with a zero dollar value.
• NEW: Created a tax rate for each Client, using the Agency default rate if the Client rate is blank.
• NEW: When creating invoices, if time has been posted against the job, but the Time Sheet is not yet approved, a notifier can be automatically sent to the person's supervisor.
• Updated: Extensive work to reduce the number of Time Mis-matches that occur on Jobs.
• Fixed: Long quantities (over 5 digits) now display properly on expenses and invoices.

Personnel:

• NEW: Created a read-only view of the Time Off tab so personnel can view their time off records.
• NEW: Added personnel extension number, with new print-out options for easy reference.
• NEW: Created new Emergency Contact printable report list in the Personnel section.

Estimates:

• NEW: Added option in Preferences allows Personnel entered in an estimate in multiple billing categories with different rates to be carried over to the Invoice with those multiple rates.
• Updated: Changed the Estimate Hold status to only be applied to estimates that have not become jobs, and made it easier to re-activate as estimate that was placed on hold.
• Updated: Added Estimate ID to search and Estimate Report screens and prints.
• Updated: Improved the approval of Estimate Specs before becoming a Job.

Time:

• Updated: Allow administrator override to approve time sheets that do not meet minimum time requirements (for part-time or contractors).
• Updated: Fixed a few security work-arounds when approving time sheets, streamlined the process.
• Fixed: Fixed a bug in Time Sheets when there were no sheets in the system.
• Fixed: Fixed the date criteria for date ranges on the Job Status Time report.

Contacts:

• Updated: Added a "Primary Contact" for contacts at Clients, Prospects and Vendors.
• Updated: Added an optional Fax Cover Sheet Disclaimer preference that can be used agency-wide.

Prospects:
