Release Notes 4.2.3 Jan 17, 2005 Prospects:
- NEW: Added the ability to merge duplicate Prospects, which will also automatically merge their Contacts, Activities and Estimates as well.
- Fixed: Import Prospects Column Order
Contacts:
- Updated: When clicking the email icon next to an email address, Agency will open the default mail client on the computer with a new email message. NOTE: For keeping record of the email activity, please use the email icon in New Activity Section.
Estimates:
- NEW: Added ability to choose an "Attention" contact for estimates. This defaults to the companies Primary contact.
- Updated: Added ability to use a term other than "Estimate" in the preferences (such as proposal, or quote). NOTE: This only effects the printing and PDF's of Estimates, not the on-screen interface.
- Fixed: Minor bugs with Estimate Templates have been identified and fixed.
Invoicing:
- Updated: Added a sub-total before taxes if there is a tax value on the invoice.
- Updated: Added an optional Tax checkbox next to all service items.
- Updated: Added a new Sub-Total before Taxes, if there is Tax on the Invoice.
- Fixed: You can no longer delete an Invoice with line items associated with it. you must first delete the line items if you want to delete the Invoice.
- Fixed: Fixed the Cancel button on the Gross Income Summary report.
Personnel:
- Updated: Added trash can icon to allow administrators to delete time off records more easily.
- Fixed: If Time Off was calculated based on year (instead of anniversary) the current year was stored, and did not update to the new year automatically.
Time Sheets:
- Fixed: When using Set Time Sheet from Previous Week, system checks for a valid Time Sheet from a previous week to pick up.
- NEW: Added the pull-down icon on the Job Number pull-down menu on the time entry screen. When Control-Clicking on this icon, you will be taken to the Job Section.
- Updated: Added the Approved checkbox as an additional option when searching.
Handbook:
- Updated: The default view for all Handbook items is a preview, and a new Editing screen has been created for creating new and editing existing handbook items.
Reports:
- Updated: Added Insertion Order report to be consistent with Purchase Order report.
