The Agency Users Group is an email discussion list of Agency users throughout North America and the Caribbean.

Agency is a deep application and many users feel they are only scratching the surface of the potential they can get out of Agency. As users expand their usage of the application questions often arise about best practices and how to use new features.

This discussion group has been created to allow open communications among users who have real-world experiences to share, and to learn from. Having these discussions in an open forum will allow all users to learn from the questions and answers submitted by others.

The list is moderated by Brett Circe, partner of a 7-time Inc 500 advertising agency. His experience with process automation to create efficiencies is invaluable to forming a profitable agency, and his contribution to the list will be substantial.
